Black Arrrow
At the intersection of soccer and Black culture, you will find Black Arrow. I’ve created directed several campaigns for Black Arrow and their clients that show why the soccer world needs Black culture.
Role: Creative Director, Photographer, Partnership Curator
We activated the Atlanta soccer community on behalf of adidas Futbol Society and Copa90 to kickoff the 2025/2026 MLS Season.
Not only did we collaborate with London’s Top Baller to bring out the cities best players to compete in a 1v1 tournament, we created a lounge experience to set it apart from anything adidas has ever done, and make it truly feel like Atlanta– complete with DJ sets, coffee bar by Portrait Coffee, and a custom grill fitting station with ScottyATL.

Role: Influencer Curator, Content Creator
When we are tapped to bring culture to an activation, we don’t just take part, we take over. For Chelsea’s Station Soccer takeover with EA FC, we were asked to generate interest from Atlanta influencers. Instead, we brought in Atlanta influencers and creators that threaded the needle of influence and actual soccer ability to play alongside Chelsea legends.

Black culture is boarderless. If you want proof look no further than Deng and the world he’s built by mixing soccer and fashion from South Sudan to Atlanta. He’s the subject of the latest Black Arrow (FC) project with English Premiere League Wolverhampton Wanderers to show their storied brand in an authentic cultural space.

With new MLS franchises gaining momentum in Los Angeles, The L.A. Galaxy wanted to show a recommitment to the real L.A. So I creative directed and executed a shoot with Black Arrow F.C. that did just that.
Our goal was to subvert the concept of the lookbook as the end-all be-all, and instead use it as a bridge to connect the brand with the real people that they want to connect with. We enlisted on the brink of stardom rapper Azjah a.k.a. the Princess of Compton, and Chocolate Skateboards rider Hakeem Ducksworth–also from Compton.
They weren’t only models, but now fans of the club as well as much needed ambassadors that L.A. Galaxy need to become relevant in their own backyard.

Black Arrow x USL Digital Show
Role: Creative Director, Designer, Animator, Producer
We created a digital show in partnership with the USL Championship to amplify the stories of black players on and off the field, and bring to light the contributions they are making to both the game and their local communities.

Say It Loud Documentary Rollout
Role: Creative Director, Designer
The newly formed Black Players for Change (BPC) of the MLS has partnered with Black Arrow (FC) to release a documentary featuring intimate accounts from the players about the origins of their organization, and their protest at the July 2020 “MLS is Back Tournament” in Orlando, FL.
I gave the film a name, created the branding, graphics and campaign rollout.

Black Player Cards
Role: Creative Director, Designer
Collectible player cards have been very significant in establishing nostalgia, minting the accomplishments of athletes, and putting faces to the names of players sports fans love.
With the "Black Card" series - we looked to authenticate the developing legacy of black soccer players, elevating their status above their athletic feats, and create a deeper connection with soccer fans looking to identify with black athletes.
